The 50's setting with a touch of Parisian flair made the Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 show feel like they were sent to the past, yet it was merely the future, the future of Louis Vuitton. It had life and was quite feminine. I must say, Marc Jacobs has really out done himself this time! His idea to choose a few curvaceous models really turned the show into something more realistic, something rare in fashion.
The corset tops accentuated assets for a more dramatic approach, yet the quaint colors and floral prints made it feminine and sweet, not too bold. Classic plaids and long skirts were used to keep the traditional Fall look. Furs were also added for classic detail, and leather skirt and trenches were also a main staple, a very chic trend this upcoming season. Must I mention the new approach to the classic Speedy?
It had the same 1930's shape, but it was sequined! Some were satin overlaid with guipure lace, and others were woven with metallic thread and finished off with fox. Oh, and the shoes, the shoes were as cute as a button! They were generally two toned and had cute little bows in the front! There are so many things that I adored in this show, so with no further ado, I shall unveil the looks that caught my particular eye...

Overall, the show was a hit in my eyes! Gorgeous and wearable in every way! Now, I just have to save up for one of the outfits...Hmm, that might take a while! Any who, what do you all think of Louis? Comment!
Bonsoir!
